From the mouth of a 4 1/2 year old

Mommy: "We are only going to bake 12 cookies today."

Reese: "I can count to 12, after 2 1's comes 12."

As I write this, she is putting cookie dough on the cookie sheet and has just finished putting the 12 pieces of dough on the cookie sheet!  She actually only got 11 on the sheet, but I think the stickiness distracted her.
